1. What exactly is this?
This system allows parents to signup for parent-teacher conferences online. Parents have the ability to select the times that are best for them. You can check your schedule anytime and make any changes necessary.
2. What do I need to sign up?
In order to sign up for an account, you must have an active email account and at least one child currently attending Plymouth Whitemarsh High School.
3. Do I need an account for each child?
No. When scheduling a conference, you are asked to provide the name of the student. You can schedule conferences for all of your children through a single account.
4. How do I schedule a conference?
After logging into your account, you are provided with a menu. The menu has two options for scheduling a conference: Single Conference or Multiple Conferences. Select Single Conference to schedule one conference. Select Multiple Conferences to schedule up to four conferences for one student.
5. How can I cancel a scheduled conference?
In the main menu, select "Show Conferences". This will list all of your conferences. On the left, next to the conference is a red "X". Clicking this "X" will remove the conference from your schedule. Doing so will free the time slot for others to select.
