Dedicated hosting is the ideal solution for web presences that experience a heavy load or require custom features that would not be practical for a shared environment. Dedicated hosting customers will be responsible for their server, however, management services are available from ProVista Technologies.

We have many add-ons available for our dedicated servers, all of which are listed at the bottom of this page. Such options include choice of operating system, control panels, hardware upgrades, backup options, and more.

What is Basic Management?

Basic Management includes such tasks as initial installation, security patches, and updating supported operating systems. Additionally, support is provided for our control panel options. Additionally, any failed hardware components will be replaced free of charge and will restore the system to the initial configuration if necessary. What is Full Management?

In addition to all of the services provided by our Basic Management services, Full Management provides access to data center phone support, Multi-Port monitoring, 3rd party script assistance, and limited free operating system installations.
