shared hosting support is provided completely in house by our own technicians. In addition to constantly monitoring our servers, our technicians are available to provide support to individual customers regarding their specific accounts. Our friendly staff are experts in server management and can easily help you to resolve any problem you may encounter.
Our
dedicated hosting support is also provided in house, however we utilize the technicians on-site at the datacenter to perform some tasks that require a physical presence at a server, specifically for hardware and reboot issues. Dedicated customers are provided with specific support outlets that allow for contact directly with the datacenter technicians should a critical issue arise.
Our
corporate communications products are provided with basic support by our in-house technicians. Due to the nature and scale of these services, we have developed partnerships that allow for multiple teams of technicians in multiple datacenters across the US to constantly monitor and provide support to the fully redundant network that manages these services. All high level issues are handled by our partners who hold multiple industry certifications. The support provided for our corporate communications services is second to none.
